Teatro SEA brings back “Story Hour with Pura Belpré”, a re-enactment of Pura Belpré’s  legendary “Bilingual Story Hour”, where children participate in this cultural, creative and interactive experience that combines storytelling with puppets.
Teatro SEA re-instituye “La Hora del Cuento con Pura Belpré”, una recreación de su tradición de contar cuentos bilingües, para brindarle la oportunidad a una nueva generación de disfrutar de esta experiencia cultural, creativa e interactiva, que combina el arte de contar cuentos con títeres.

Micro Theater is a theatrical format consisting of a 15-20 minute micro-play performed before an audience of at most 15 spectators in a small, alternative space. Each play is performed 5 times per night.
MICRO TEATRO es un formato teatral, que consiste en la representación de una micro obra con duración de 15-20 minutos, para un número máximo de 15 espectadores, representada en un pequeño espacio alternativo. Cada obra realiza 5 funciones por noche.

Tale 53: Snowhite is a sinister story told inside an intriguing wooden artifact that houses a toy theatre (with two-dimensional painted puppets moving on tracks), objects, a kamishibai (for backdrop changes) and a cranky or moving panorama. It is based on “Snowhite”, by renowned Spanish author and illustrator, Ana Juan.
Cuento 53: Snowhite es una historia siniestra, contada con toy theatre (teatro de papel), objetos, butai (kamishibai) y cranky, basado en el cuento Snowhite de la autora y ilustradora española de renombre Ana Juan.
